About

My name is Dr. Nicole Foster

I’m Dr. Nicole Foster, a long-time resident of Stewartsville, NJ, and I am excited to share a transformative opportunity that can change the future of healthcare in Warren County, NJ. With a Doctorate in Health Administration, a Master of Science in Clinical Research Organization and Management, over 25 years of experience in Phlebotomy and EKG, and 19 years in Clinical Research Consulting, I am proud to lead the launch of the Allied Health & Clinical Research Training Institute (AHCR-TI) right here in our community.

This institute will offer affordable, hands-on training in essential healthcare fields such as Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, EKG, Patient Care Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Trial Manager (CTM), Trial Master File Management (TMFM), Clinical Data Manager (CDM), Clinical Project Manager (CPM), Regulatory Analyst (RA), AI in Clinical Research, and AI in Healthcare. These are the vital skills needed to enter the workforce quickly and build sustainable, well-paying careers. Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certification that enhances their job readiness. For those who wish to pursue NJ State Licensure, our programs will also prepare them for state exams, opening the door to additional career opportunities.

We understand the financial challenges that many students face, which is why we provide access to multiple grant resources. If students qualify, their education can be entirely free. Our goal is to ensure that no financial barrier stands in the way of someone pursuing a career in healthcare.

Why This Matters

  • Community Impact: By providing career training in essential healthcare fields, we can reduce unemployment rates and help local families secure stable, fulfilling jobs.

  • Affordable Access: Our flexible grant options ensure that students can attend without taking on overwhelming debt.

  • Real-World Training: Hands-on learning prepares students for real healthcare environments. For those seeking licensure, we provide comprehensive state exam preparation.

Flexible Class Options

We offer day and evening classes, in hybrid (online and in-person) or fully in-person formats. Programs can be completed in as little as 3 weeks or up to 5 weeks, depending on the course selected—making it possible for students to pursue education while balancing work, family, or other responsibilities.

Your Support Is Essential

To bring this vision to life, we need your help. We are seeking funding to secure a training location, purchase equipment, and expand student services. Your contribution will help create a vibrant, accessible learning environment for residents of Warren County.

Specifically, we are raising funds for:

  • Classroom Equipment: Computers, desks, and supplies for six classrooms and one office.

  • Medical Equipment:

    • Medical Assisting: Exam tables, stethoscopes, thermometers, and supplies for injections and vitals.

    • Phlebotomy: Blood collection kits, simulated training arms, lab coats, and sharps containers.

    • EKG: EKG machines, electrodes, leads, and patient positioning tables.

    • Patient Care Technician: Hospital beds, blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, wheelchairs, gait belts, and storage units.

    • Clinical Research: Computers with data management software, research tools, and protocol documentation.

    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Realistic patient care training tools, transfer and hygiene equipment, and clinical skills labs to prepare students for CNA certification.

  • Textbooks and Workbooks: Donations are needed to help cover the cost of teachers’ version textbooks and workbooks, as well as students’ textbooks and workbooks across all programs.

  • On-Site Childcare Services: To support students with young children who lack a support system, we aim to provide free childcare on the premises, staffed by licensed childcare professionals. This will allow parent-students to focus on their education, knowing their children are safe and cared for just steps away.

  • Student Nourishment Program: We plan to offer coffee, tea, light meals, and snacks during class times. Nourished students perform better, focus longer, and feel more supported during their learning journey.

  • Transportation Services: We will provide transportation to and from classes for students and their children (if applicable). This additional support ensures that students without reliable transportation can still attend and succeed in our programs.

Suggested Donation Tiers

  • $50 – Medical supplies for a Medical Assisting student

  • $100 – EKG electrode set or AI course workbook

Governance and Accountability

The Allied Health & Clinical Research Training Institute will operate as a non-profit organization EIN: 33-4917520. Every dollar received will be reinvested into the education and success of our students and community. We are forming a Board of Directors to ensure transparency and responsible decision-making, including the creation of a Compensation Committee to oversee fair salary practices—especially those involving the founder (myself) and our team.
